Gifts from Harvey Cottontail

Hello,
Hope you are well. Please can you help me. I'm FamilyFarmNorth ID # 53091128
I'm trying to find out what gifts Harvey Cottontail has sent to me and where I can check on them in the future.
I have been in contact with shooger.sweet and teddy.bear they have helped me to reopen my gift pop-ups and where I can find a list of received gifts. But I still am not receiving any pop-ups from Harvey and can not find him in my list of received gifts that I access by clicking on the blue gift box at the top of the friends list. Could you please check the logs for the gifts you have received so far, and let me know? Also do you think it possible to fix my pop-up notice?

You should be receiving a pop up informing you of these gifts:



You can check your Gifts by accessing the Gift logs with the arrows at the bottom of your Game frame. Your Super-friend will be listed as shown:



These logs are reset each time you log off/refresh the Game.
