Gifts from neighbors

For the last month now I have not been able to receive gifts from my neighbors. they say they sending them but I never got them. I hope u can fix this problem

 

You can check if you have received gifts from the news in the farm by selecting "Gifts". There you will see if you have received gifts. It no longer exists a warning coming to your farm when you log in that says "You have received this gift from this player".

Please let us know your user ID, this can be found at the bottom of your farm. Then, we can check out your gift log and see if it's working as it should, or not. ​

You have received gifts in the last days and they were successfully added. The toolboxes are automatically added to your tool inventory - they give 10 random tools. You have Beach club and Raspberry bush items in your decorations inventory. What does seem to be missing, are the 3 Wilson items you have received this week. Have you used them already by any chance? There is no record in your inventory of having them, so if you could please let us know whether you have placed and harvested them already - case in which everything is ok - everything is working properly. If not, we will have to report this matter to the Game Team for more investigation.​
