gifts not in inventory

    Hello,
    I was just gifted some awesome items, and due to my love for them I paid real close attention, it happen earlier, but I just thought it was me and wrote it off as wishful thinking, but this time I was right on top of it.
    I have logged out and in then out cleared cash etc then back in and the items still not there.
    It shows down on that middle bottom tab, that I got 2 bat roost, and 2 spooky feather collection stations but I went in to put them on the field and only one of each in inventory.
    Help!!!! can you check the logs and find out were they went please, please?

    I took screen shot of them listed before clearing cash if you need it. 15:53, 6 12 is the numbers by them. Added, if this screenshot needed just let me know so I can block name, thanks

    I apologise for the late reply, as I have done here as well.

    I have checked your logs and I don't have good news, I am sorry :( The Spooky pen and bat roost duplicates have been a glitch only, because you have received one of each, on 2015-06-12 at 21:52:25 CEST. I am really sorry the logs were deceiving, but I hope you enjoy the new items you got.

    Is there anything else I could assist you with?

    Hi,
    Well it's not like all you have to do is log on and check one farm now, and remember I am still messing up that much, no worries
    you will get to me.

    Sad, get my happy all stepped on, thanks for looking, now one other, it will be a bit harder, as I was not paying teck like attention, relaying on the game to do as it does but I got a pink bat before this, 6.13.2005 one send I remember as I sent out a thank-you right off.
    I did not save log number, did think it was in my head though, in your spare time :p could you please check this one please.

    That's an easy one :p Your Pink Bat Roost is placed on your Green Meadow, safe and sound - so it was not just in your head xD .
