When I joined the Farmerama family back in 2011 we had a couple of events a month and there was no stress whatsoever. Today we have two, or sometimes three events running at the same time. It's madness! Stop it right now!! My Farm is a hobby and not my job.

Give us some rest....this will never happen! BP has discovered our money brings them more pleasure rather than building a reputable business relationship with us - the customers. Their mindset is not of ours!

    8) This is, unfortunately, true. They are milking this game for every penny they think they can get in the shortest period of time, even though it will run it into the ground....and the money is all they care about. They do have a reason, but few would be able to accept it. The stakes are too high and they will not stop.
So, all we can do is either quit the game, or take what enjoyment we can from this game while we can....even without supporting their greed. -.-

Could we please go back to one event at a time, nothing concurrent? Please?

Yes please! Let us enjoy one event at a time ... even if they are run consecutively, but all at once (two, three, four, five at a time!), it is hard to know which way to turn! :wuerg:

I very much agree. I agree with what everyone said above.

Running too much events at a time makes us play all of them hapzardly each event. What is the use when we do not even enjoy or understand what we are playing. Coming home tired after a days work and doing this events or playing this game as a chore will soon make us drop this game. It also makes loading the game very slow.

I joined this game last Autumn because my two daughters were playing it and I wanted to understand it and help them (at the start they were the ones giving me the advice ;)). One dropped out because she was overwhelmed by the events and the feeling she couldn't keep up. The other is less motivated because there is too much going on and her "real" farm was dropping behind.

I enjoy farming for myself, I got involved in the mini games recently but I have sat a bunch out lately because I farm to develop the pink workshops and stables I want and to socialise with my fantastic neighbours :inlove:

I can't stress enough how strongly I support the messages on this thread; the strength of this game is the community and the pace of play. Feeling like you have to do three things at once and sweating how much you've missed if you can't get on won't encourage us to log in for longer or to log in more often. It will cause us to walk away.

I'm not doing any of the events that are running concurrently at the moment.
I'm concentrating on growing crops and trees I need and building up livestock where I can.

We can't stop BP getting the whip out but we can choose not to go along wit their methods.

I agree with Cassie. I'm only doing the Great Chase event and don't even know why. In the past, I enjoyed the events but, now, I'm doing fewer and fewer of them and spending less and less money. In the future, I can see stopping all together. I don't like feeling pressured into things and always push back against bullying. This is a game, not real life.

Must say I agree with what others have said. Too much being required, too many events concurrently, too little enjoyment in the game.

I agree too. This game should go back to 2 or 3 per month, full moon events excluded. Or it's time to rename this game to Eventorama, because who on earth have the time to do some farming anymore...

I'm all evented out! I stopped playing most events a while back, then started playing them again....the time has come again to only play events where there is a guaranteed new tree, pen or upgrade to be won.

I love events but I do wish they were spread out a little more evenly and not three, four, five (I could go on) at a time. Too much to think about. I will carry out trying to finish every and all events I can but I no longer have the confidence that all are possible if I am unwilling to pay to finish. :music:

I agree too.. To many events back to back.. Our minds needs a break for when you throw in a quest that includes other quests and events... This fishing event for starters... Now I like it and I am sure others do too.. But we have not had a break from events... our minds are still going from last events..I mean someone correct me if I am wrong here... But is this NOT a FARM game??

This last event could have used the event play field. We grew on mainland farm only... Why not use that event field? Is that NOT what it is supposed to be used for??? We still could have gotten drops from the mainland... or just the event field...

BP we all know you need to make money.... But something has got to give... I mean EVENTS can not be your only source of income from this game...You have a great game... I STILL WANT A BB TREE.. Can you not offer it for sell? Or keep doing the bb givers sale.. I kinda liked them.. but i think prices was just to much for 20 charges..COME ON BP.... you can do it...ENOUGH WITH BACK TO BACK EVENTS.

When I read the preview for August the other day I just had to dig into the archives and compare. This is August 2013.

I remember Open Air. I still have the Band, all 3 pieces in my park. I love to click it for the music. I miss the old days of only a smattering of events and NO concurrent events.
