Yes twice - first one koi next one ostrich eggs....No way! I am waiting for honey

 

I reset Horus as the request was 11 timber. My other ones were not bad at all so just waiting for crops.

 

I planted trees when I left on vacation Aug 3. I used the auto harvester plus cloud row buffs for the first harvest and all the trees gave a ton of tree fruit, but only 146 Egyptian treasure. I was hoping for a ton of drops, lol.

I have my first 5 of each plant planted and waiting on those to harvest.

Little bit confused on this one lol. I only got 89 drops across all fields, with 1 level of trophy left. I had carnations nearly on all fields except for a few goat and chicken stalls.

So I did start each task to check what I got, and then cancelled. Do I lose my drops when I cancel a task? Also, when you start a task and don't have everything, does it have a timer. Couldn't quite see those answers in FAQ and don't remember the last event like this. Must have given it a miss haha. Thanks guys.

 

You can only deliver when you got all of the requested items, which means that you do the task when you deliver. You don't loose anything when resetting other than time.

 

Thanks Meba. So when you say you lose time, that is waiting the 2 hours? Sorry to be a dumbo.

 

I really like the idea of working the products first because they tend to be the most expensive, critters second. Since this is the first day of the event... I'll try to reset the products frequently until I get only cheap products. That will be the cheapest way to complete this event. So far I've rejected ostrich eggs, donkeys and I forget what else. As already reported the requirements are pretty low just like the previous event of this type. They won't get any beaver, timber, bio-goo, etc from me.
I usually grow all the crops first then donate in "one fell swoop". LOL! But this time I'll donate as I get enough crops and products/critters that I'm willing to part with. I have a busy weekend ahead so I'll grow the 4h/3:11 crop first. Overnight and toward the end, the 8h crop.

If my calculations are correct... I can complete the event with only disturbing the Main and Meadow. If things get hectic toward the end I can still clear other lands.

The difficulty rating is in part based on the number of drops. An average of 150 is pretty high, esp for someone that doesn't manage their trophies or has a low level farm.

14 Koi - nope, you're not having them especially at the prices they're going for - market here I come! They also want 106 spelt, 2 peacock and 5 maple. I might have a go at some of the trees/animals later in the week if I feel like it!

 

Running a bit behind because of RL work, but got the first harvest of island and mainland. 151 total drops - right on the average, with ginger and refined carnations. Will keep ginger going on rainforest and event crops elsewhere until finished.

Seeing the product requirements for others, I can see I will be joining the reset crowd soon!

 

Seems I'm going to have plenty of time to grow those crops before I donate anything. I've reset Horus 3 times already as I keep getting 14 koi. That's just not going to happen.

 

After 3 times resetting I finally got honey to deliver. Next one ostrich eggs, reset again and got honey yay

Initial requirements on mine:-
CROPS- 103 x Carnations
TREE FRUIT- 5 x Almonds
ANIMALS- 2 x Beavers
PRODUCTS- 13 x Ostrich Eggs

 

They wanted 8 cooking pots - currently selling mine for 25000cc each, so I reset!

 

Reset, reset, reset Horus is not getting my Timber

 

But then he doesn't have anything to fire all the cooking pots he tries to get from me Hope the drops will improve after a rather bad start to the event. Not going for everything though, so will see, maybe will be fine still

 

Three resets - each time Horus wanted 13 ostrich eggs! Maybe fourth times the charm!

 

I don't know Willow I'm on my 5th reset and I've gotten 14 koi each time. At least drops haven't been a problem.


Edit: reset #6 guess what? Yep, I got koi once again. I'm thinking I better post for sundial help, looks like I'm going to need it.

 

Hi everyone. There are currently 2 threads going tracking event requirements. Which one does everyone want to use to track item requirements at each stage of the event and for different farm levels? I have been updating my post on the other thread as I progress, but I can easily put that information in a post on this thread if that's what we're going to do.
