Goddess's Gift strategies

Anyone with an idea what range of products are being asked for by Horus Necklace at L98? I keep getting Koi, Ostrich Egg and Pots. I haven't made a dent yet as I keep repeating and if these are the only options then *****

 

Bhodho - you will be asked for koi, ostrich eggs, cooking pots, timber and honey.

I have reset 15 times and on level 4.

On my 2nd farm, I have reset 13 times and remain on level 1.

Yes, as pnp says, those are the only items I have been asked for. Players at a lower level might be asked for other items but those 5 are the only ones I've seen at level 79. I have paid a high price to get some of those items at the market in order to move on.

 

I completed the Horus Necklace and I am close enough to complete the Bastet Statue. I didn't get enough drops today but at least I was able to sell some products, with my profit of these I almost reached 20 million CC

 

Naaa, it's funny if you set out workshops and you wanted animals and noting only after you feed them, it's funny if you made 100"s of feed for animal X and you needed food for animal C......
This is just a hard pinch. I know I Have done it, lately I been remembering after I do 1st field..It's an improvement for me I use to remember after being all happy and done with all.....
Buffs nice when you remember.......now I got me the bean sticks from perm quests, and have to remember more than just a few CR's are not to just be clicked sounds like a breeze

 

The only variant was I have been asked for either 5 or 8 cooking pots. The other items remained constant in their respective donation amount requested. My longest reset was six times, which I thought was terrible until I see what Pnp had! I will finish Horus as soon as I collect my next drops - thankfully it is the 12 honey request!

A little strategy tip for the forgetful, like me, that someone posted previously: Start the event with multiple CAC and whatever other buffs you like, then add one pinkie pie. You can cover the entire event with the buffs and never miss a harvest.

I have not seen any pattern with the CC and EP rewards when resetting, sometimes I get more and sometimes less. Honey has had some of the higher CC and EP rewards, despite multiple resets. I have finished level 8 for all four statues, and since I have all the crops, will just wait on the drops of treasure to see what else I can finish. I love having the Rainforest to get those extra drops, it really made a difference.

 

Horus the horrible is done I've been resetting Bastet too, I'm just not giving up my beavers. Waiting on drops to finish up the rest.

I have only done part of this event because as soon as I saw the massive price increases in the market I decided to make my fortune.

Made over 13 million so far, selling animals and products. When the market settles I'll buy back my animals and products and still have money in the bank.
So I can honestly say I love this event but not for the right reasons.

 

JJenks (and all those who declared war to Bastet and Horus),

If I were you, I wouldn't reset the animals requests (I've already finished both the animals and the products towers). Only 2 of them are asked each time, and, once you get up and up in the tasks, the CCs rewards are really impressive. For instance, as of now, beavers are sold at 2,8K CCs each in mkt. One of the CCs rewards I got for handing over 2 beavers was 50,9K CCs -even the lowest was almost 8K CCs-, that is, I donated 2 but would have been able to immediately buy those 2 back + 16 more beavers....., or, in the very first step (almost 8K CCs), I would have donated 2 but could have immediately bought them back and almost gotten an additional one.

Actually, this same analysis can be made regarding products (I mean, taking the awesome CCs rewards for other categories -crops, fruit, animals- as the means to fund progress on the animals/products towers). There's no use to keep resetting if you get always the same thing and products will get more expensive -they oscillate a lot in my mkt but I've seen pretty acceptable lows-. It's, in my opinion, better to buy, even at these outrageous prices, some products and donate hence without so big a damage to your stock. The event provides the CCs to be able to do so, even to those with low CCs accounts.

It's just a suggestion to help you reduce the stress and getting this done.

 

So so so true Aluntino!!! I bit the bullet(after about 5 resets) and realized I wasn't going to get any "better" offers....and donated my cooking pots. I am now finished with event...and producing & selling for gigantic profits!!!!

Aluntino, your so right. Thanks, I got stuck in a save the Beaver mode I have the stock, that's not a problem....I have a horrible hoarding problem too
I've been betting on beaver breeding for sooo long that I didn't want to let 2 go I'm okay now, I've clicked on the deliver button and now I'm all finished Now I can grow more Beavers

 

I finished Horus's necklace yesterday, am almost finished with animals too. If my neighbors /friends read this please no sundials, I only used reset 3 times and twice was not intentional, hit wrong button. I was a little scatter brained ~ cleaning house while I wait for crops and grew some other crops instead of event crops so put myself behind with that silly move.

 

I see many are making coins with the event.

I must be doing something wrong. Why am I always broke?

 

Actually having fun just part timing this Quest due to RL (job).
Did some reading and put out a few items for sale... A couple of CCs to be made can't hurt !

 

Hi all, I'm just a newbie compared to all the veterans here. So maybe some of you can give me some pointers on how to get more drops (the Egyptian Treasures), cause it seems like I only get between 4-7 drops per harvest, and so I keep running out of it. Mind you that I don't have the Baha open yet, so I am limited to mainland, green meadow and the glade. Any tips is appreciated!

 

Hi TulipHills, getting baha and the rainforest is key to making ccs, which helps make everything easier. For drops you really need to work on the two quests that contribute to the trophies, one for crops and one for animals. Using 1x1 plots with your longest crop and Carrot apple chutney (to get the extra 2) is key to better drops.

• The horus Quest only ask for honey,cooking pots,koi ponds,timber and ostrich eggs after a strategic review by me and fact stated by Aluntino it seem pointless to keep resetting the chances of getting honey was very slim any way.......The number of products it was asking pushed up these prices but can make loads of cc selling any surplus products you have in your barn as makes perfect sense to snap up these products once the event had ended I did couple of skips on crops since I was making loads of cc but Aluntino had said we have been rewarded with very good cc as we progress through each of the 12 steps the cc rewards increased the number of animals stayed the same therefore we ended up with more cc donating fruits and animals but high level crops and products climbed steeply in market prices.....I am almost finish with this event as waiting to harvest my carnations and island and rainforest full of trees

 

I will keep on being stubborn and reset Horus till time runs out. So far i have only donated honey and still have 5 steps to go. Nearly done with the rest.
