Well, until now I have to say that it wold have been great if we would received 10 not 5 seeds for the 8 h plant.

This is the first time I've done this kind of event but I am enjoying it. xD
I would have liked to have seen 10 crops for each flower to start. Even 1 star each task would have been nice. :(

I like this event with the exception of the product requirement at my level - why not eggs or cow milk? I would also like a few stars thrown in occasionally for good measure. Love the graphics of the 8 hr crop.

I still don't consider the event "sticker" to be a prize. To put it in as a prize for the "product" category is a poor return for the amount of product and event crops and drops required. What is the logic behind the decision to put it where you did?

Resetting still often results in the same item being requested. (3 times in a row asking for timber.) Please figure out a way to fix this issue. Not enough variety in the products requested.

I like this event. As a level 66 Farmarama and level 37 Baha, I am at a high enough level to have the animals and plants necessary to fulfill the challenges. I do think the event favors the higher level player, but for me, I don't worry about "finishing" the events. I look at each event as an opportunity to further my progress in the game.

I like that the levels of prizes include high cc amounts. It is true that 8 hours is a longer growing time, but I feel the benefits really outweigh any other problems. While there are no stars associated with this event, winning the large amounts of cc has allowed me to purchase products for which I don't have workshops/seeds,trees, and as a result I have already acquired 25 stars from getting items to fulfill the quests.

The prize of 10 Rhine trees is really exciting, and I have just planted mine. I can't wait to get the Draco stables, which is my next goal.

I would like to respectfully suggest that the Farmarama developers re-think the 8 hours growing time. It is just so long, and without the use of water, manure and/or super grow, it is hard to get the plants grown on a timely basis. I really think that 6 hours should be the maximum growth time for any event.

    Thank you.

When this event mechanism was introduced for Farmerama's 5th birthday, it was exciting to see something new. It would be a wonderful event with a few adjustments. I do like that we can reset the requirement but the same problem exists as it did the first time around. The requirements are not all that random when the same 4-6 items keep cropping up. I have the same fruits, animals and products requirements as last time. I think timber should have not been included this time since beaver breeding follows immediately. Resetting for a new task only to be asked for it again is frustrating. The product requirements are out of proportion for the rest of the event. Less than 10 fruit, 2 animals, and 100-400 crops but more than 10 products. Products are a very expensive end item of the game considering the resources (crops for feed, animals, and the long pen times) that are needed to produce then. I would give this event 2 thumbs up if the requirements were actually more balanced and had greater variety. As it is, I will just be glad to get through this event.

The prizes and graphics are great as always
My drop rate seems a bit low, but with 4 days to go, it may be achievable

I am enjoying this event, it requires a bit more thought than grow, donate, grow, donate, rinse, repeat. :p

I agree with all the other posters: the proportion of products to the other items (fruit especially!) is not logical and any event is better with twinkling stars or GBs. :)

I think the crop requirement and the drop rate is not too bad. I am not somebody who can harvest any and all of the time, with work and personal commitments (sleeping, eating, to name but two! and I have found that after two days, I am nearly finished with the crops and a good halfway to having enough Egyptian Treasures. That's not saying that it's too easy, just the two crop times have worked for me this time round. :music:

Overall, a hit for me! :D

I have only completed the Horus Necklace part of the quest to get the Desert Mirage for Shipwreck Bay.
The best part of this event for me was being able to sell my products and animals at a really good price.:)
I have made 9 Million cc's most of which I will spend on animals and products when the market goes back to normal.

Very disappointing that no stars or Baha eps were offered as prizes and yet again only 5 plants to start with. Come on BP don't be so mean.:(:(:(
    Managed to complete event.xDxD

Agree with many of the above comments. I am enjoying the event as something else to do, but the rewards really are not worth the donation requirements for the higher level products (crops, animals and tree fruit are much more balanced) It does seem that you are using the same calculations as for the last event, because no bioglue was included. As far as I know, geese aren't in the mix, either.

EDIT: Even so, I did complete the event, so I guess the amounts were not so outrageous.

If you repeat this, I would like to see it updated to include newer items, though.

I loved this event! :DAs others said...it's a nice change from the regular grow, grow, grow and donate events. I like that different animals, crops, products were required. The rewards of EP and CC's were fantastic!!! BP always keeps us farmers guessing what will happen next? It reminds me to be prepared and keep all items at good levels!!! Way to go BP and producers!!!;)

This event is good, but it could be improved. The number of products requested compared to the number of fruits and crops requested is out of whack.
Ask for 10 to 20 fruits but for less than 5 products instead. 14 Koi is too much, 2 would be acceptable.
Vary a little more the request for products and animals. Wools, down feathers, cheese, truffles, parrots feathers and so on could be added to the mix. The reset button would help if we do not have these products, but more variety would make it more fun and may be more affordable.
The reset button is good and the time lapse of 2 hours is acceptable. It should allow many people to advance int the quest. I have hit the reset button of Horus's product many times but at level 11, I hope to be able to finish soon. I do not have enough events crops yet nor enough drops to finish the other statues. I want to finish the hardest one first. no use to go for the cloud row, if I cannot fill it up.

I rarely comment on graphic as it is not very important to me, but they are particularly impressive this time. Great job.

I enjoyed this event for the most part. I like the variety that has been going on with the events lately. You can never be too sure about what you will need in the future and it forces me to be a more rounded farmer. I do think it was frustrating to use the cancel button and then your five elusive sundials only to get the same thing. Curse you and all the halflings for asking for cooking pots and lumber(don't you know there is a Beaver event going on after this event?).o_O
That being said; The Sphinx is now tied with the Flying Fish as the cutest ep giver ever.:inlove: I am not sure I want to put her on the cloud row cause then I won't be able to look at her all the time.;)

I like others am frustrated by resetting a donation only to get the SAME thing. That's not random as the instructions said. That's certain products/crops/fruit(4 for each one).

2 of the products I don't have and have had to reset over 10 times and I'm still not finished with it.

The drops are slow. Somehow one time I cleared two fields and didn't get 1 drop, but on average I'm only getting 5-10 per field.

The general design and thought behind it is good but it needs to be tweaked. Mainly to make the required items truely random.

I've always been in favor of 8 hour crops so I'm not glued to the computer, thumbs up on that but including a 4 hour crop with it defeats the advantage of having it.

I did miss the stars on this event, but enjoyed the cc amount gifted. I did notice that during this event the daily wheel did give out more stars than usual. I also enjoyed the amount of time given for the event. I think events such as this should be at least this long. I also love to learn and I learned where timber comes from..... oh my..... I had never heard of this as a product and it seems i should look about and see what else I am not aware of.... Thank you BP.

Overall I liked this event. I do agree with the other commenters that the requested items were out of proportion and not exactly random. It made 3 of the categories insanely easy and the one (products) ridiculously hard. A little adjustment to the amount and variety of the requested items would balance it out and make it fun for all. The other thing I disliked was the lack of stars. Would have been better if you had given just one star for each task completed. I also liked the option of resetting but hated getting the exact same request again and again.

I like having the 4/8 hour event crops as it fits into my schedule perfectly. I know not everyone agrees but it does work for some of us. The amount of EP's and CC's given were very generous and free trees and stables are always good. Would have been nice to get a little PF with an upcoming breeding event but I guess I can't have everything. ;)

The graphics are very good and I also adore the cute Sphinx cat. I'm a little worried for poor Shaun in the desert mirage, hope he finds some water soon. xD

I agree with Clashstrummer and others about the products category being far harder than the other three categories. The very small array of products requested (with amounts ranging from 5 to a ridiculous 14) was unbalanced with the rest of the game.

It seems a bit unfair to have beaver donation requirements when a beaver breeding event immediately follows this event.

The reset option had problems - several players (including me) got the same donation requirement multiple times in a row, rendering it a major source of frustration and defeating its supposed purpose.

On the positive side, it is a very good game mechanism. The EP and CC awards were sizable; the trees and stables prizes in nice amounts; the CR/decos and other prizes very welcome - except for the sticker. Stickers are not prizes, they are only a record of one having participated in an event. Thank you for no turbo mulch as a prize.

    Overall, I enjoyed the event!
