    Hi!
    I have a lot of golden bananas and some unlocked items in the Ancient Monkey Temple. Is there some kind of list of steps when I can open the rest of the items?

    You can unlock any statue as long as it is next in order. You can find more information in the Bahamarama FAQ.

    Chamber 1 and in the first row I have Van Ramme, Tiger Dood and Laura Craft. How I can get the two last items? All other items are available in Chamber 1 and only these two are missing.

    Are you meaning the statues to Crystal Falls? Here is the link to the FAQ. You can open them if you have enough Golden Bananas.

    No, 1st chamber, upper row, 4th and 5th statues.
    Middle row and lower row -> I have all statues, but upper row only 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

    The slots that have a lock on them are not statutes yet but are reserved for future content. At this time, there is nothing left for you to open in Chamber 1. Congratulations :)
