    Hello damari,

    Whilst we wait for an Admin to check your prizes, can you try clearing your browser cache and cookies and especially clearing your Flash cache following these trouble shooting steps? also check that you have the latest version of Shockwave Movie Player installed.

    Did this help resolve the display issues?

    HI shooger,
    I have cleaned cache, cookies and my flash cache as well and yes I do have the latest version. The display is working now but I still would like to know about the previous prizes , I appreciate your assist.
