    I have recorded every cast made and written down all corresponding prizes when the pop up occurs.

    As of bedtime last night, I had fished with 25 normal and 5 premium lures.

    After first morning harvest, I made 17 more normal lures. I recorded every cast made but there is a discrepancy. I am missing 4 lures.

    The pop up tool display when you hover over the fish in the rewards box window confirms my count of casts made.

    As the event is over, I guess it no longer matters that I had 4 missing lures. I was disappointed that there was not an answer to this issue either through you or Support during the event as I was hoping they would be booked to my account so I could try for the last cloud row item that escaped me before the event ended. Now that it is over and there is no opportunity to fish again, you can close this ticket. I do hope in the future that problems during an event can be addressed during the event. Hopefully, the issue can be discovered before the next time if BP does use this game mechanism again.

    I apologise for the very late reply - it is too late indeed but I have looked into this matter now. The good news (I'm sorry :( ) is that there doesn't seem to have been a problem with the lures, no lures, premium or normal, were missing from your account.

    At the end of the day on the 1st of July you had crafted in the mill 39 normal lures produced and 4 premium ones (produced in batch of 3 and 1 - and you did not craft any others during the whole event, so you were not supposed to have 5 premium lures).​

    All 4 premium were used by the end of the day, last one on the 2015-06-30 12:12:11 CEST
    All 39 normal lures as well, last one on 2015-07-02 00:30:48 CEST (from which 4 were used after midnight only, but no others were crafted in between).

    The numbers match so thankfully there was nothing missing at the time of your report - and judging by the support notes, the numbers were fine until the end of the event.
