got an issue

    I was supposed to receive a character that was 1 of three, I accomplished all the tasked and received two of the three. and I still have not received the third even if the tasked was completed. is there anything that can be done. PS, it was one of the special events

    Can you provide a little more information. Which event did it come from? What is the name of the other two you have received?
