Graphics not working

Unfortunately this is not true for me. As of 12:50 PM Eastern Standard Time (US) my crop and tree graphics aren't working. They show as freshly planted or harvested, not ready to harvest. Reloading the game doesn't work. Clearing the cache and cookies works for that particular crop, but once I plant a new one the problem comes back.

Thank you for reporting the problem continues. It would be helpful if you would report how you log in whether it is browser or Standalone client. If browser, which one?

Would you try a different platform to see if that helps? If browser, try the Standalone. If you use Standalone, please try a browser. Maybe even try a different browser?

The more information you can provide, the more we can relay to the Team.

I was logging in on a PC laptop using the Firefox browser. I have the most current version of the browser on that computer. (This was at work.)

Tonight I'm logging in from home. Things aren't quite fixed, but they are better. Game is kinda slow, but the crops looked ready to harvest when I got on the game, and the EP counter up top is behaving itself. I'm still using Firefox, but I'm on my personal laptop at home. It's 9:24 PM Eastern Standard Time (US).

I will update this thread when I get a chance tomorrow morning and let you know if things are better at work. Probably around 10 AM-ish.

 

Thank you for the additional information. All the issues reported are due to ongoing DDoS attacks. The IT department is working hard to combat those attacks and keep the game going.

We ask for your continued patience and understanding during this difficult time.

 

The game seems to be back to normal today. I'm still getting the extra privacy notifications, but that's a minor annoyance at most. The big problems are gone.
