Green Meadow Neighbors

Hey Folks,

I am confused on how to get neighbors to open up space on the Meadow. I seem to have 1 neighbor, because the first section is now open, but not quite sure how that happened, nor do I know who that is.

I have 6 friends listed in the friends tab at the post office, but don't know how I got them. I only revieved a message from 1 asking me to add them.

Having a difficult time trying to figure out how to turn these friends into neighbors. When I go to the neighbor tab in the meadow and click on the tab to add a friend as a neighbor, I click on the buddy list and only one name shows up (the one that sent me the message to add them as a friend).

I read the FAQ on neighbors and friends, but I am still confused and could use some help.

You can make a post in the daily NAB Thread, specifically opened for that purpose. The first post will clearly explain how to add people as your neighbour.

I have already read those FAQ's and they are not addressing my questions--I seem to already have buddies/friends and I'm not sure how that happened, as I didn't solicit for friends in the forums, nor did I get any messages from them, and I can't seem to add them as neighbors. I also have 1 neighbor (as I have the first section cleared) but I don't know how or who it is. Can you give me a little more information how how this system works.

As you have a mentor, the other names you can see are your mentor's other chicklets.
Mentor & chicks do not count as neighbours towards clearing the meadow.

OK--I get it now. I didn't realize that mentors came with others attached so I didn't think to mention that one of my friends was a mentor. Taking that into account I now know who my one neighbor is. Thanks so much Neon-Lights.
