Greenland Baha trees

Could someone please check my account. I bought 42 of these trees and when I went to place them.... They are not there. I've refreshed my game and still don't see them.

I also bought the Uele trees... they were there as expected.


**I'd like to add that now about 12 hours or so AFTER the first time I bought these trees, I've decided to buy them again. So when my account is checked and they see them planted.... This is not the batch I bought this morning and never received**

***Please note that it has been now about 20 hours and my first paid for trees are still MIA. The second round showed up and planted and harvested just fine but still missing the first 42***

I apologise for the late reply. I have checked your BB transactions, as well as the harvested wonder tree logs, and it looks like you have been charged for 2 x 42 main land wonder trees and 42 tropical wonder trees, and you have successfully harvested all of them.

If you would like to see the transaction logs as well as the results for each tree, please be so kind and let me know, and with your approval, I will post them right away.

Also, is there anything else I can assist you with?

Just making sure I am correct.... I was not charged for 2 sets of 42 island trees? Just the 1 set I was able to find and plant and harvest.

I'm good with that as long as I wasn't charged twice. If I am correct then please close this thread as I have no further questions. I remember what I had in the ones I planted.

That is correct, you have not been charged for two sets of tropical Baha Wonder Trees, just 1 - and two main land sets. You can also double check this with Support, if you wish to see the exact totals and avoid having them displayed on the forum.
