grouch made merry event fir branches

according to event information was supposed to receive 10 fir branches to start out with and only received 5. My other farm did receive the correct amount.

There seems to have been some issues with the initial bookings of the event and the Team is working on a solution. A script was run earlier today but there were some additional issues that arose and so they still are investigating.

Usually, and earlier this type of event, if so that "you receive 10" and there is only 5, press F5 on PC or re-load game otherwise and those +5 is there... Last time I have also this problem but now i got 10 straight...

 

Thank you nuubi-joonas2210, I have tried that in the past as well as this time and also went completely out of the system and returned and still do not have the other 5.

YES, here is the same situation. Already DONE (10 Fir Branches at the beginning!!!) Farm-part --> then use Island Silver Key -> get only 5 fir Branches, me too, use F5 and two times, no effect! Logged Out and In, no effect.

So have to use only 5, but not waiting the solution, because 5 multiples to 50 -> 50 is multiples 500 and so, then use small plots, all plots.

So nice, if some bonuscode or something, only that 5 more... it´s a joke and late for me, under 3 hours (07.00 CET) I have that 500 plants/crops...
