    Hair gel can be made with the hair gel factory (anteater). It was offered during special events. You can try to trade for it during the Gift and Trade event just like the one that finished Monday. Else, you can buy already made hair gel in your market.

    Nordais is correct. Hair gel is the workshop for the anteater which was previous event rewards. You can purchase the product in the market or you can try to trade for one during Gift and Trade.
