    how can I build an anteater's workshop to produce Hair Gel, I don't see this option in the city

    Anteaters, to my knowledge, are not a breeding animal. So you can only get the hair gel workshop through Wonder Stables or through the Gift/Trade event.

    The Hair gel workshop was an award in a previous event and can only be obtained now through Gift and trade. You can purchase the products in the market if you like :)
