Halloween 2014 Strategies.

I just realized, I don't need 75 turkeys , just 50, so turkeys are done (with a few extra)! Just ducks now.

 

I missed the second day of the event and I am behind too... but we have until Sunday so I think we still have time

 

I have just started level 6. I need 2 more harvest of Glowshroom and 2.7 harvest of Creepy Creepers. Also going good withe the drops just need 336 more.

 

Now, I have a pretty stupid question. Does the "haunted sweets"gives the CC while being on the cloud row also, or only while being on the fields. The cloud is still new to me.
I have 9+k of each crop and about 400 drops. So, i should be fine, even without the Sunday.

Haunted Sweets will only yield those CCs if placed on a field.

If placed in the cloud, it just contributes to what the cloud yields: 5K EPs/24hs + 20% increase in EP-output of spooky crops when MMs happen.

 

Need this much stuff and I'm done with the whole event:

Glowshrooms: 6350
Ectoplasm: 231

It's like two harvest.
Just the drop items will take me one more day.

I'll grow the glowmushrooms today, the ectoplasm... maybe tomorrow

Just completed step four. Have half my glowshrooms for step five and all my Creepy Crawlers. Do need some ectoplasm drops.

 

Will finish step 6 on this farm and step 5 on the other farm today so everything looking good for finishing. Famous last words!

Completed steps 4 and 5 this morning. Replanted glowshrooms in all fields as my supply is depleted. Have most of the creepy creepers and all the pigs for the next step but need lots of drops now of ectoplasm.

 

Finished Lv 6 creepy creepers, working for the glowshrooms.
drops is good with howie donut, I just need less than 100 ectoplasm for whole event.

 

If all goes well I should finish by tomorrow night. Am having to manually plant because my mouse is greedy and grabs the first thing it sees.
Mooboy my computer keeps telling me High CP usage COM Surrogate. I have not a clue what this is or where it came from. I tried to research but didn't fully understand it Any help would be appreciated. I use the Norton Suite because my IP provides it free with the internet.

 

Finished level 5. Now I have to restock all except pigs for level 6.

 

I am Finally completed the Halloween Event Got the last of the Needed Ectoplasm only need 44 more of them, got the last of event crops needed for Halloween Event now go complete the Halloween Quest all 8 Levels and Enjoy my rewards.

I hope the will follow me and complete the Halloween event...I wont be using the cloud until it is MM Event Time, but according to Forum Calendar is due to start on 4th Nov again so soon. I am happy with that so can use both Spooky clouds which will boost the Buffs of using Terror Bouquet and Crypt Vase during MM Event

Blessedlady are you using a laptop or PC ? As all Laptop are more Prone to Overheat cause the CPU to overheat, an overheated computer make it do erratic things on your computer You are welcome to IGM Me i do what i can to help you ok Blessed Lady.

The event went too quick for me
Of course I know why

I used all fields and harvested nearly every time crops were done.
At night time when going to bed, I planted the six hours crops and watered them.
In the day, I used the three hour crops. But I always had two fields of the six hour crops
planted as well.

 

Headslap!!!! Another stupid maneuver by me!!! I awoke early, harvested and replanted glowshrooms in all fields except the glade(creepies there).
It's been about 3 hours, so logged in to harvest my creepies and wondered why my shrooms on main field were 1 1/2 later harvest time than the other fields....was writing a help thread.....when it dawned on me....check if I watered!!!! NO...had not watered them....egads!!! What a dummy I am!!!
Note to self: make sure to have a complete cup of caffeine before doing any farming!!!
I still needs loads of ecto...that late start played havoc on my drops!

 

I mostly did the Creepy creepers during the Day, Did the Glowshrooms during the evening and night, Like you i also got up in middle of the night to harvest my Farm all of them was 1x1 fields with CAC running I used 770 Crops planting but gain 2310 Crops per harvest on all fields I always make CAC as effective as possible

I always use this method so i know i can harvest all four fields at the Same time so I am try to avoid any idle time on my farm when anything to due to be harvested. I even use my Smart Phone to Harvest my farm while i am out and about.

Poor Brookeham defo need Caffeine Before Harvesting you farm, as you cant be to careful as number of time i have seen many peeps made many errors I did one slip up but correct it on the next harvest. I ment to put out creepy creepers but put out glowshrooms so i can work out when they are due harvest. So I reserved the Event Seedings to correct the harvesting of all four fields as i dislike harvesting each field at different times. As i Have a method try to stick to it if and when i can

Lucky I used my Super Trees to have ahead start on good drops of Ectoplasms I used Howie Dounts as i got 156 Ectoplasm on my first harvest which helped me finish the Event early. I did Nuke everything to begin with when manure got prices just used water only.

Even if you're 100% positive you still must check.

 

still must check. Hmmm, the problem is, RL comes sometimes in the way. That's why I had to stay up 1 hour longer, last night. Forgot to water the island.
