Halloween day 2 not working several hrs ago

    Hi,

    Halloween day 2 did not open for me around 6 hours ago - I waited because I thought I must have been trying to claim too early as it required BBs to open it. I have now been able to open day 3 with no problem so the issue was with the day 2 pumpkin. I'm not happy to pay BBs as it was not my error but clearly a technical issue.

    The display glitch with the 2nd pumpkin was fixed over 12 hrs ago as announced here.

    So what does that mean for me because i haven't yet paid the 10 BBs? If i pay now, will I get refunded?

    Unfortunately you missed yesterdays gift, the glitch was fixed with over 12 hrs before reset so there was plenty of time to claim your gift.
    If you wish to open it you will have to pay 10BB, this will not be refunded.

    I think that is really very unfair. I have just purchases BBs because I was feeling quite good about this game but this has again really soured my feelings - so my last purchase is exactly that - I will not be spending any more of my money on this game!
