After I read this I did some more research. The key here is your wording: "fully maxed dens". I made the mistake of thinking that once I had the three stars lit, the dens were finished with the upgrades. So, based on what you'd said, I made another Grimoire and applied it to the first hut. Low and behold it raised it yet another level and it now shows three fairies available per harvest! I'm now making 7 fairies per harvest and have finished completely. Cloud row is up and collecting!

Lost power this morning after heavy winds and rain all night, so couldn't get in until just before I left the house. Had to be out most of the day as well. Scrambling to finish the FSQ part of this event. I don't think I'll finish since I'm out again tomorrow, but at least got the CR and trees.

ETA: Wow, you guys got some good prizes from the upgraded dens. My luck on those has not been good -- much like the last 'random prize' event. I just don't have the luck of the draw. Mostly EP, TEP, ccs, and things like 5 mulch, 5 suzy's on fully upgraded dens -- got an XXL Nightgleam once, though. No pens, etc. for me.

 

I have 11 more steps for CR, quests done. That's 2 + harvests. I still have some speed up which I got from the quests, should be finished just in time

Not the most fun event, not sure why. Maybe the crop took too long. The drops which so many complain about, I have hardly had any use of them. I'm sure just the ones I got from neighbours would have been enough. I haven't timed my harvest either, lots of idle time. offline for 12h every night, forgot during day... The prizes from the harvests, think it's been mostly EP, TEP and CC which I think is just fine. The quest's prizes made up for that. Those rare trees

 

I was like that at 1st Sirpippen, I upgraded what I thought was the highest level only to find out another one was required

Luckily us and quite alot of others have completed event

 

I might complete this one. I did the FSQ to get the trees. Upgraded two dens to level three and left the last.
I did buy a basket at the beginning because this quest was "Messed Up". It was a slow slow progress. Like others - the drops have not been helpful and really needed beyond upgrading. I have maybe one more den harvest for CR and hoping to harvest Moonlight Herbs two more times to finish quest. Really don't care if I get there.

Got tired last night and fell asleep before harvesting - or may have been done with CR by now.
I really didn't try to hard for this event.

On a awesome note - Won enough experience points to get to Level 83! Yippee! I can now grow Carnations! The DREAM plant!

The bright side to this event. Time to work on stables, workshops and crops. And minimal trophy moving.

 

I figured out, the other day, why this event makes me so sleepy... It is those fairies drifting back and forth... back and forth... I can almost hear someone saying "You are getting sleepy..."

If you hold your pointer on the mushroom at the top of the fully upgraded fairy hut, the flickering light show will help wake you up! Maybe the Devs put it there for themselves. This does not work on level 3 or less...

 

Glad to hear that many of you have managed to finish or are due to finish soon. I didn't think I would finish but I am pleasantly surprised that I am two Fairy Den harvests away from finishing, five hours or four if I use some Grimoires.

I must agree with everyone who said they found this event confusing and somewhat boring - though when working, the longer crop time does help ... a bit!

I didn't get much (so far) of any great WOW factor from the Fairies. But I am happy to be able to complete the event ... with about one or two hours to spare lol!

Trick or Treat! I finished! Now to see if I can get that tree on the quest!

 

Much to my surprise two of my farms are on track to complete in an hour.
This farm has the cloud row but not enough time to complete the companion quest. My neighbour came this afternoon so I missed a harvest on this farm. Oh well, I have done so much more that I had hoped.
If it had not been for all the expert advice I got from this thread, I would not even have got this far, so a big thank you to everyone who shared their tips and knowledge.

 

Made a costly mistake! blame it on my dilated eyes after coming from the eye doctor. I need one more harvest from fairy pens to get my last 6 moves to CR. I end up donating my moonlight herbs in the quest so could not speed my fairy pens they will not be ready until 1 hour past event deadline. Oh well at least I got all the trees and finished quest.

 

It looks like we Hold our gifts today and send out 2 drops tomorrow!??!! Or am I seeing this wrong?

 

i didnt make it.... almost... but work and BP messed me up....

nov 10 will more likely be my last day... well lets say nov 9..... please neighbors no more gifts of any kind..... i will return favors for now.. but im working more and BP is closing my game.... its not me everyone.. I wouldve tried my best to let you know sooner... but BP messed up and now i will be paying for it... BP wont fix it ethier... so I give up....you just cant help those who cant help themself.... i have sent like few tickets..... 2 which i dont know if still opened..they closed the others as fast as they replied... didnt give me a chance to speak... they dont reply as they should... you would think when it comes to money they would pay more attention..... but no... they just dont care...

i will be sending another very soon.... i am trying my best everyone... but know this.. its BP not me....i will bug them as much as my time allows... till this is solved... there is no reason for them to do this to me.... i think BP is falling .... they just dont care...so till this is fixed... i wont be nor can i enjoy the game as i should.... supposed to be a relaxing game..... not only is it stressfull enough with events... i now have BP closing my account.... I just cant win...

Sorry to hear not complete this event. It is never easy to play this game and having to work. As you are not the only farmer who have this problem. As most of us can play farmerama whenever we are not busy. But loads of Idle time is wasted when farmers are tied up with work.

This game does not bode well with those having to go to work. As you cannot blame BP as BP hardly ever make allowances, unless there are Issues with events.

BP no longer has as many Mods like it use to be. Sadly there are looking for new Mods but no one seem interested. When i started this game i knew about 8 Mods now it only a selective few. Plus BP is under new management it has not made any improved response anyone using this forum, it still lacks some Mods. They are only doing there best as they can. I as i need to point out Mods can only do so much as many issues is passed onto Tech Support !!

This game is never really relaxing game as we are under constant pressure to complete Quests and Events, Stocking up our Barns, when we get the Chance or Buys and Sell in the Markets etc

Sorry you feel annoyed with BP I have been playing this game over seven years. Lost count of number of runts i have read on this forum

 

hi MooBoy yea its ok... you cant win them all (CR's).....lol No im not mad at BP for the event..... i have been spending money and for some reason they stopped a transaction.... now i owe... but i cant pay..... they took the way i buy things off my list of options to pay... i got reply this morning and replied back... told them both times... i got all things i need to show them everything... so we can fix this issue... no reply..

as you see my user number is low... i been here somewhat since begining of game.... i been in and out due to life.... but been back strong lately and got the means to spend money on this game.... but something went wrong and they blameing me.... this is why i am mad at them.... NOT cause of events..... i got till nov 10 to pay them another way......or will have it frozen.... now do you see my issue?...lol and for the most part if you not watching how you reply to them you cant coment on ticket before its sent in...

but i have proof that someone told me once my card was fixed to ask in general section of help and they will restore my card options.... i already told them thats the only way i can pay the 4 dollars balance that they stopped last week.i have proof my card is not and was not frozen to begin with.... my card is active.... has money.... cause truth be told i was gonna get the monthly sub... thing..... now they got the harvester cheap.... guess what i cant buy it....lol

 

I finished the whole event.
Prizes included 2 Cat Fairy home, 2 Slime monster pits and a darklight firefly! I'm very pleased with the results.

 

Not sure what you mean. We can only ever send one gift - or have I missed something?

 

I know off thread, but Jazac its seems the way BP have treated and responded to your requests is absolutely disgusting.
Just shows yet again they dont care about their PAYING customers.
I hope you get this resolved and they admit they are wrong to close your account.

My game finished yesterday afternoon...I thought that was odd...by time I got home at 330PM (NY/USA) it was over. I did get the cloud row (finally) and the trees. I didnt get the extra 3rd giver from the quest. Glad its done
