Announcement Halloween Giveaway - Second gift problem

It looks like there is a problem with the second Halloween giveaway gift - it can only be opened with BBs, instead of being free.

The Game Team will fix it tomorrow as soon as possible. We apologise for this inconvenience.

PS: Upon receiving a few reports from those of you who went ahead and 'paid' for the 2nd gift, we have noticed that you were not charged for these transactions, so the game does give you the reward without charging you 10 BBs, so there is nothing that needs to be refunded.

A fix was synced for this issue, and after refreshing your game, you will be able to see the collection of the second pumpkin-gift without problems.

If you unlocked the 2nd pumpkin after midnight CET and accepted the BB charge notice, you have not paid 10 BBs. But if you tried to unlock the first pumpkin-gift after midnight, you have been charged 10 BBs without notice.

Both these issues have been solved now in game. We apologise once again for this trouble.

The Team has just ran a script that refunded the 10 BBs to all the players who unlocked the first pumpkin gift after midnight and had no in game notification about the price paid.
