Happy Snow Day Not working

Good evening, I have had the Happy Snow Day promotion since the very beginning of 02/06/2024 and until 02/08/2024 today, the promotion is not displayed either on the timer or on the farm fields. I can only log in through the client on my smartphone from Google Play.

Hello. Thank you, your actions helped partially, although I still don't have access to the promotion through the Android client, I can finally enter the game through the browser from my mobile, I'm already trying to open the promotion, but the client in the browser loads and I can't seem to fulfill the conditions, I hope that by the end of the promotion I will still be able to complete it.

 

The event has not been enabled through the mobile app so you will need to use the browser. Please make sure you clear your browser cache and cookies, as well as make sure the browser is the latest version.
