Harvest Event - not equal requirements !

I have donate 36++ millions and my "next step" is 36.960.000 = 36++ millions more!?

So, my girlfriend is donated 47++ millions and her last 2 steps was 280.000 and 660.000. (edit: her biggest the claim has so far been 2,880,000 points and my 36 millions!)

Not even close to EQUAL !

Why ?! Is there some serious bug or something else but it can´t be like that!

AND: i donate 34 Ixoras and nothing happens! Not a single point less to next step, the meter is "Stuck" or something is so bad wrong?! Added 2 lettuce and the same, pointmeter is stuck!

As you donate, the amount is registered straight away. The system checks every 10 minutes and updates the list. Are you waiting till the system updates to see your total? At time of posting this, you have donated 36,379,472 value of goods to the top 3000 list.

Yes, I wait but this is not the issue, My "next step" shows (A completely lucky claim for the next crate is the same amount as how much I have supplied.)

So:
The total number of deliveries will increase, but the meter required in the next box will not change its value to deliver any plant or animal or fruit to the task, but will always remain at that same reading of 36,900,000 no matter how I deliver.
so far, it has appeared as a reduction of each delivery to the requirement with a delay of a few seconds, but practically "immediately" nonetheless.

I'm trying now 10 lettuce 00.14 Finnish time 22.14 CET but
the meter showing the total number did increase by that 10 points but the meter showing the points for the next prize does not slip but always shows that same reading!

The meter showing the total was 36,379,472 and 10 seconds later 36,379,482 as it should be, but the "next step" meter doesn't fade anywhere, the same reading 36.900.000 has been there for hours, even though I'm just trying to deliver.

After all, it can't be about a high requirement, as I mentioned above, my girlfriend in the same economy's biggest demand has been 2,880,000 points and it varies between 60,000 and that 2,880,000 being sometimes bigger and sometimes smaller, so the same machine we use works and her game account should , my own is a village stuck, unfortunately.

edit2: I mean that the "top3000" -window is working right,but Events main windows "next step" meter is NOT working anymore, works last time about 6 hours a go! Next step was in that time the latest 660.000 and I donate that and then this BIIIIG 36.900.000 number shows in "next step" box (Not- working-meter is in that window, where are the 3 market stalls where it was first delivered, the gauge in the upper right corner of that window stumbled to that inconceivably large reading about 6 hours ago.)

edit3: now 00.35 (22.35 CET) try 10 sugarcanes - immediately 15 more to the total delivery, nothing was reduced from the second meter (before that there is also a reduction reading from that stuck meter, which is delivered!)

 

The meter above the Carrot-Apple chutney shows how much value of goods you need to deliver to reach the next Crate that will be rewarded. It is not the same as the Top 3000 list.

Yes I know... different meters, yes. That meter with "how much value of goods you need to deliver to reach the next Crate that will be rewarded" that is the problem ! That meter shows 36.900.000 no matter what and how much I deliver.


At the time of all the other CRATES it has looked right and the reading has changed and the amount of delivery required has been different at times, ranging from as little as 60,000, sometimes 660,000, sometimes 480,000 and if I have delivered "no missing plant" it has shown perfectly correct for example that 660,000 deliveries are missing, 1 plant, for example, 2 points. Now it is not going anywhere and the guaranteed bring of just under 37 million is not the right score for the next "crates" which is the goal (as low total donating than under 37 millions!).

That's the problem here, I try to calmly try to say that yes those requirements per box are GUARANTEED the same for all players, but now it seems that is not because the girlfriend has been able to and how much to deliver and at no point the requirement for the next crates has been more than already mentioned 2,880,000 points, myself bounced from a small sum of less than a million suddenly to that shocking demand of 37 million almost, even though I have delivered much less, in which case the demands should also be lower?

This is how the FAQ text says "requirements are growing as you supply more"!

 

The meter does not change until you have delivered goods to the value shown. Once you have delivered the total of 36.900.000 barn value of goods, you will be rewarded 1 x Crate O' Silver. The counter will then show the next level's requirement (which will be 38.100.000) worth of goods.

You can check much you have delivered in the Top 3000 list and then you can see how much more is needed to donate to fulfill the meter's next level.

Because why I have to donate (when alla donated 36++ millions) to ONE crate over 36 millions MORE, and girlfriend donated now 47 millions total and do not have to donate any of the crates more than 2.8 millions per crate ?

That´s not sence to me (I understand the 2 meters how it cshould be working and what those measures but do not understand why they work DIFFERENT in 2 different players)! AND my meter, it works ALSO correct before 660000 points crate, next step was suddently ovet 10x bigger than largest donate so far!

It´s equal if she there would have been some great delivery somewhere in between, but when there isn't, you can't ask for more than 10x more from a player who has already delivered a lot more than that! She already has more boxes (silver Crate, Fairy trail 1 and romance3) than I do, so at a higher level, do some players have to settle for smaller prizes?

There’s no way I think - to be further than a player who has delivered more and with lesser demands and received more rewards! This I do not understand how I have reached a level like this when there has never been a more advanced level like that! It SHOULD NOT appear that I delivered the products somewhere in between without "counting" the required amount, so that I got many boxes at once, because that's how my girlfriend delivered.

Now she has delivered this to my problem after exactly what there has been a need for (and the need for a meter for the next step has been showing all the time declining how much is needed specifically for the next box).

If she delivers 15 points, EACH meter will show that performance, the total will increase by +15 points and the need for the next level (Crate) will decrease by the same number of points. THIS will not work properly with my game account, as the submitted Total Points will increase, but the number of needs will not decrease at all! What if I deliver (probably completely in vain, the next box doesn’t open) those nearly 37 million points, and the box doesn’t open (and the next one requires 38 million in addition to everything!) When not once does the meter count my progress? It’s another thing I’ve demanded / wondered, why isn’t she at all required to go beyond those sums? Is it supposed to be equal ?! I would understand that if it were required, then the players would be treated equally, now the requirements for me are OVER ten times the level per other player gets and has received!

There is no way I can supply 36 million, if the meter shows that PART delivery does not reduce the need at all, I would understand if that meter would decrease from 36 million to zero according to my supply, but when it does not decrease as it should, why would I waste 36 million worth of products and plants and fruit if the meter says I'm not making any delivery ?! They're wasted.

edit: just checked -I have 30 silver crates- and -she have 34 silver crates- both sums was ZERO in beginning of this event so she is get more crates with 47 millions donating (and I less with 36 millions++ donating, thats sence!!!) but I do not understand, where is that level (in equal situation!) when she have to donate 36 millions.

Why some players have to donate LESS to get MORE goodies/prizes!? That´s the problem in Our family (and in my head)!

 

I'm Nuubi-Joonas2210´s girlfriend. Now I ask if I have delivered that almost 37 million deliveries unnoticed, I do not think I have. The delivery now requested is 2,880,000 points and I have delivered a total of about 14 million more than Nuubi (50,340,000 and my ID is 17950754 You can please check that I'm right).

If I have NOT had to deliver that large sum, when will it be in front of me? I guess you may not be allowed to give me a reward, but you can and will answer if I have already delivered 36,900.00 points worth of goods. I can’t be because I have a lot more of those drops from the event than Nuubi and mainly we both have supplied the two drops of the Harvest event and a couple of the most valuable plants from the Bahamarama and Farm side.

I don't make this a different chain (we are from Finland + we use a TRANSLATOR and this English forum has slightly different rules and requests than the Finnish forum once had, the same problem was always dealt with in the same chain, we understand that each player should have their own chain / opening), since we both know where to look for this answer and it has something in common, a pretty big pity if that Nuubi can’t get the same rewards as I do, because nearly 37 million points is too much for both of us.

With the same editorials, of course, we hope to get the same prizes, because it can’t be the case that different players get those three crates mentioned in the order of the prizes in the event! After all, you can't, but I guess the same prizes have to come with the same prizes, otherwise the players would be in an unequal position, as now WE THINK we're within the same family.

Whatever the state of affairs, have I already delivered that nearly 37 million and if I am not many levels to reach such a mega sum is then coming ...

 

Each delivery states the total amount needed for donation on each level, it is not an accumulated amount. The same crates per level are rewarded for each step completed, they are not random.
