harvest helper in stand alone client

So Far today on 2 of my farms - codyj #44475068 and joellen57 #45058156 using machinery- it has taken the better part of 45 minutes to harvest each farm because I keep getting the spinning daisy and the game holding. I end up having to F5 refreshing, sometimes twice just to get everything harvested for each pet playground, ep giver park, cloud row, farm field. it isn't doing this when I use the seed function or the animal function on the machinery. What is going on? It started over a week ago and slowly gotten worse each day. At this point - I am wondering why buy machinery? I have run CC cleaner and malware on my computer. the problem is not on my end. My Harvest animations were never turned on. Can the tech people please check this out? joellen57 #45058156

I'm sorry turning off the harvest animations did not work for you. I have passed the issues to the Team and hope a fix will be found soon. I have cleared your server caches on both farms with the hope it helps.
