    I purchased the harvest help pkg this morning but the cloud harvester is showing inactive. I thought that was included for the 30 days? Floridasolve 1404513

    Hello Floridasolve,

    Have you tried refreshing your farm to see if the cloud harvester registers the hours? If the cloud harvester is still inactive after refreshing, you will need to contact Support to see if they can assist you further?

    Can I assist you with anything further?
