    I hope this is the right forum for this. If it turns out to be a tech issue, I'll post in that forum as well as contact support but I was just wondering if anyone here could help first. Thanks! I just purchased the harvest helper for 14.99 for 30 days. But when I looked on the harvest helper after purchase it said 24 hours left, then only a few minutes later it said 18 hours left. Is there fine print somewhere I can't find with this? Or certain rules? I don't want to be out 14.99 for only a few hours worth.

    Please disregard this thread; I figured it out. It was my coupon still counting down that I had before purchase. Sorry!

    Hello gardengal.

    Have you refreshed the game since your purchase? The monthly hours should have been added to your coupon hours. If you need your farm checked you will need to post in Technical issues with you farm ID# which you will find at the bottom of your farm frame.
