I have just purchased the harvester & seeder but they are not showing in my game. Could you check for me Please.

I can confirm your purchases of the Harvester which will run until 1 July, the Seeder which will run until February 2022, and you also purchased the Farm Droid which will run until 29 June. Please refresh your game and see if the functions show up. We have passed this issue on to the Game Team.

I have refreshed, restarted and still no change. Also there is no carrot apple chutney in my barn, not good at the start of new event.

 

harry011975, are you the Original Poster? If not, please create your own thread and include your game ID so we can check your account.

The Developers are looking into the issue but in the meantime, you can turn off harvest animations in your Settings, log out and back in again and it should work.

Sorry, I was on my other farm. tried your suggestion but did not work and I still do not have any carrot apple chutney in my barn. guess I'll go check my e-mail and wait.

 

I have checked your account and I can see the harvester machinery hours, as well as CAC in your Consumables Inventory, Barn, Buff Diamond slot and Confectionary. If you changed your Harvest Animations, they did not save as they are still turned to "On." Please turn them off as that should resolve your issues.

Can you find CAC if you type it in the Search box in your Consumables Inventory?

I have cleared your server cache on this side and ask you clean your cache and cookies on your side. Can you confirm if you play via browser or the Standalone client?

 

Thank you for the help. I still don't see the harvester but I did get the chutney and managed to plant the starter seeds. I play via client
