    I think that it would be a good idea if someone would tell our farm helpers to get off their butts and do some work. Sometimes they do all the jobs (HHCs) and other times they just get selective about what they will and will not do -- plant the fields but won't harvest them, clean the stalls and feed the animals but won't harvest them, etc.

    I think it is time that someone tell them that jobs are scarce and they should be willing to do all jobs all the time not just when they feel like it.
