Harvester Coupon?

    Hello,
    I have a question..
    Today in the morning around 10:00 A.M. I used my coupon for the harvester that works three hours,but because you had some problem's with the site,I lost about two hours of the harvester and I was wondering if you can give me those two hours back or if you can some how solve this problem.

    Hello Bruna19821972,

    Sorry but we are not able to refund your lost coupon hours. The Game was down for maintenance, which was announced well in advance. The maintenance lasted for under 1 hour, so that was not the cause for lost hours.

    Okay, so now let it be my fault because I did not know. Not big deal because that one coupon is wasted ;).
