Harvester, general slowdown

The whole site seems to have slowed, but several of the harvester functions are just not working at all. I also had problems getting the cloud rows to appear. Most did after a stretch, but not all.

EDIT #2 Read the Tech announcement, so apparently you are working on it. Still, something should be done to compensate the many of us who have been impacted. I myself lost buffs, event crops (time) and time to complete event requests. All of these are "cascading"/compounding issues. That is, not getting the buffs on my workshops means I am not going to be able to restart them soon, which means less product, which means I either miss or maybe have to use expensive/difficult to obtain buffs. Using powerfeed just to rush a stable is NOT what I want to do, but I may wind up having to do so!

EDIT #1 GRRRRRR.. before I was irritated, but now I find I lost EVERY ONE of my buffs, because of the slowdown. I clicked and clicked to no avail, and now none of my best buffs.. the cloud rows, PLUS workshop boosts (guava jam and a bouquet) totaling 15% for workshop -- ALL have expired! Not happy! I had to RE-harvest many items, could not get my mill going in a timely fashion.... definitely not happy when such a good event is running.

I am going to have to leave the game without having milled a large part of the feed I need. I have been here over an hour and so far only been able to mill some raccoon, dove and butterfly food-- all small amounts. I have not even gotten to the large lots I wanted to mill! again... grrr!

Oh, and that's even besides the fact that the event starting late (or the maintenance.. not sure if event had started prior) meant I am not going to complete crucial steps before going to work without burning too much supergrow and other items.

EDIT#4: If anyone notes that I have taken down several pens, I am just trying to make lemonade out of lemons... I took down those i would not be able to mill food for, lemonade, but a bitter drink!

Renzo, the troublemaker, has left the farms and now everything is back to its normal speed. I am really sorry that you have experienced all this and for all your frustration, but we are not able to do anything about it - as many players were affected, individual compensations cannot be offered, so contacting Support will not help.

As for the tickets, you are supposed to get 10 in your first day of the fair, and 4 in the next days.

You have not logged in on the 26th after the fair started, so you have received your first tickets on the 27th, which was considered your first fair day (and last one since it ended):
27.01.2015, 05:05:44 CET bookFreeTickets: +10

If you would have logged in between 6 pm CET yesterday and midnight, you would have gotten the 10 tickets then, and 4 more today.
