I am currently using a harvester coupon and when I harvest or plant it doesn't show . . immediately. I actually have to move to another farm try there and go back and then the results show. I am having issues, since I don't know if it is working or if I need to retry. I have had to go to several farms and then back before the results show.
Is anyone else having this issue? It seems to be new.
I had already cleared cache, turned off computer and on (I had it off overnight).
Anything else I can do to make it run properly?

    Hello IrisaDefiance,

Have you also deleted your Flash cache? This is different than the browser cache and cookies. Please make sure that you have the latest Flash player installed as well, and eventually, if you could try logging into the game through a different browser to see if you experience the same issue, it would be great.

Did this help? Can we assist you further?
    Best regards,
    teddy.bear

Google Chrome is up to date.
I don't know anything about Flash cache. I don't like to mess around too much with things as I have been known to make things worse. Google Chrome usually works great for me, and it is only the harvester in the game that seems to be having issues.

    Hello IrisaDefiance,

Thank you very much for these details!

If you click on the link provided above (or click here), you will find step by step instructions for clearing the Flash cache, and they should be easy to follow - there is nothing you can break to make it worse.
    Best regards,

I tried that teddy.bear. computer upgraded to windows 10 several months ago and clicking on the flash (once I could find where to go in windows 10) took me to an outside link.
Doesn't seem to matter as issue has resolved itself and harvester is not working without having to leave the field to do the next step.

  6. On behalf those who assisted, you're welcome
The outside link will be the adobe website, where there are several tools for maintaining your flash settings.

The problem could just be server lag
