Harvester Helper Problem

Good Morning,
I am a little freaked out this morning about my subscription for my harvester helpers, yesterday I had approximately 140 hours left on my subscription and this morning when I checked in, it only has about 14 hours left. What happened???????? I'd appreciate your help on this matter. Thank you,

I have checked your logs and there is no record of you using any coupon this month, purchasing the harvester on sale or outside sales, and the only machinery hours you have won were from the level 1 Renaissance Faire event.

There seem to be no logs for buying the subscription on the last sale, between the 29th of August and the 3rd of September, so perhaps you have purchased it previously, for more than a month in advance? If you could check the confirmation e-mail and let us know when the last purchase was made, we could do the math and see if anything is missing. Your Farm Droid however is running until 2014-09-26 23:56:53 CEST, that's 74 more hours from now, so maybe you were looking at the wrong machinery function ? It's still a big difference until 140 . Please give us more details and we will look into this matter further.​

 

Thank you for your response. I have checked my credit card statements, I have two accounts and usually purchase the harvester subscriptions on the same day. That is how I know something is wrong with this account. (My other account shows the 130 something hours now.) Transaction dates on my credit card shows up on July 2nd for both accounts, another set of two charges on July 31st. I have two sets of charges on August 25th. However, that must have been just for bb's. I don't think it was for the harvester subscription.

On the 25th of August there was no BBs purchase on your account, but on the 23rd, one purchase on each account - so on your statement it could have been listed on the 25th. None of these charges were for the subscription however. On your other account, the Farm Droid is the only one available until the 6th of October, while the others will run out on the 29th. The dates are pretty close, and on this second account you have completed several quests which awarded you machinery hours, which would explain for the difference between the two accounts: Guano quest, level 10 silver step : 24 hours of machinery, and Sweet Nothings, level 10 silver, gold and diamond, giving 12 + 24 + 36 hours. This is a total of 4 days of machinery which you should have on your second account, but not on the main account, -CountryGal- .

Looking over these details, it looks like you have indeed purchased the subscription at the same time for both accounts, and the second one should indeed run longer due to quests completed. ​
