    Hello My I.D.# is 54101839. I have a harvest helper that I bought for 30 days and now I have over 500 hours left on it but it wont harvest at the moment. also having problems signing in. I have cleared cache and coockies but did not help, please look unto this problem for me. Thanks in advance ...Sue46

    Hello Sue46 :)

    When testing your account, I found no issues with your harvester helper machinery.

    After you cleared your cache and cookies, did you restart your computer? If not, please do and then try to log in again.

    If that didn't fix the issue, please try another browser.

    Did that resolve your problems? May I assist you further?

    Hi I did everthing you told me to, the harvester works now But.The game loads in to 55% and no more.Please see if there is somthing you can do from your end , because I can not get into the game no mater what I do. thank you Sue46

    No. I'm still having the same problem,with loging in. it loads to 55% and thats it, until after I log out of here then it seem I'm logged in but the game is very very slow. Please help ...Sue46

    There are no problems with the Game. You can try restarting your Modem to see if that helps, or try using a different browser to see if the Game runs smoother.
