Harvester On Stalk Rows Not Working

When I try to harvest my stalk rows individually or all at once, the picture for farm supplies comes up. I use Google Chrome for all my farms and only with Erridge do I have a problem.
I have cleared my cache and deleted my History and restarted my computer.

Any help would be welcome

Hello Erridge,

The Cloud row harvester is only included in the Harvester Helper monthly subscription. Do you have a current subscription running? If not, you either have to pay 3BBs for 3 hours or if you have any coupons, you can activate them to include the Cloud harvester.

I have the Harvester subscription, and my harvester is working on all fields.

Still not working on the stalk.

 

The last Harvester subscription was purchased on 2016-11-17 at 21:14:24. Have you mixed up which farms you have bought the Subscriptions for?

When I click on my harvester I can see I have 819.46 hours left on my subscription. It is working well on all my fields but not the stalk.

I have used one of my 1 hour harvester coupons and that worked, but I don't want to use all my coupons when I have hundreds of hours left on my subscription.

Have you purchased a subscription since the last date shown? A monthly subscription is for 720 hours. If you have bought/received individual hours for any harvest machinery, the cloud harvester is not included. If you have purchased a monthly subscription in the last month, please contact Support so they can check this further.

I didn't buy one last time it was advertised as I already had over a months subscription left.
I have only bought the monthly subscriptions. Today was the first time I used a harvester coupon.

 

Although you have some of the machinery assistants credited with hours, they are not from the monthly subscription, as you can see by the builder which is inactive. The hours you have running have probably been accumulated either by buying the individual assistants or winning them during quests/events previous/during the monthly subscription being purchased.

I never buy the individual assistants and have 2045 coupon hours.
