Harvester Purchase Options

    Hello,

    I was wondering why there is no longer a credit card or Pay Pal option for purchasing Harvester time/subscriptions.

    I do not want to use a Subway gift card, a Big Point card, or a paysafe card.

    Pay Pal is a safe payment option for both parties concerned, as you have to have the funds in your account before you can pay with Pay Pal.

    In the past, harvester time could be purchased with a personal credit card. Those would be refused if they were delinquent or did not have the funds available.

    I am just curious about this. But I will not use any of the options available now.
    Which in turn means I will not have a premium harvester, which also means I will reduce my game playing time.

  2. Hello Grams2011.

    Do you log in thru a 3rd party? Do you know when it disappeared? Payment options are usually location based, but it is very odd, that you cannot see either option. Have you tried another browser?

    Hi...
    I use Firefox browser and log into the game on the main game page. I have not tried another browser. I will try that at your suggestion.
    I don't know when it disappeared. I was trying to buy harvester time during the sale. That is when I noticed it.

    I made a screen shot. I hope I did this correctly so you can view it.

  4. Thank you for the screenshot. That is very unusual indeed.

    Have you tried the troubleshooting steps? Fingers crossed a different browser will show all your options.

    Trouble shooting:
    1. Changed lands and accessed harvester subscription again.
    2. Refreshed the browser page.
    3. Cleared all caches: Browser and Flash
    4. Flash version is: 20,0,0,286 - see no updates on the Adobe Flash site.
    5. Only have one farm.
    6. Changed Browser from Firefox to I.E. and logged onto farm. Still showing the same as the screenshot I sent you.
    7. This has been this way for days. (My browser cache is cleared every time I close it, which is everyday).

    Still no luck. I sure would appreciate this to be investigated, as your response tells me this is unusual and not normal.
    I have missed the harvester subscription sale and I am running out of harvester time.
    I would hate to reduce my game playing time, but that is what I will do. There is just too much on my farm to harvest and plant
    each item one at a time.
    My premium player status runs out next month (March). If this is not resolved, I will not renew this option since my playing time
    will be reduced.

    Thank You for your immediate attention to this matter. I do hope there will not be anymore delays in getting this to the proper
    techs for fixing.
