Harvesting Cloud Rows

    once every few days when you harvest the rows the info box with the harvested items/ bonuses does not appear , so you don't even know if you got the bonus or just wasted some time

    We've not had any other reports of this, can you let me know what browser you are using?

    chrome and opera for this game

    due to the randomness of the error and the row reset time is not possible for me to willingly replicate the error in order to debug
     
  4. Does the error occur with both browsers?

    well, yes, obviously, otherwise i would have concluded that the problem was in one of the browsers, and there wouldn't be a reason to report it if is from my end

    i believe that the game team can try to replicate the problem using a custom debug cloud row that has a short reset time

    There is no problem with the rewards, so all we can do is advise you to wait a little bit longer, the debugger did not catch any exceptions, and if the pop-ups would not work as intended, we would be flooded with reports as well, so it's most likely something locally triggering this.

    If your Flash debugger spots an error, please post a screenshot of the exception window and we will forward it for further investigation.

    huston we might have a problem....
    ( people don't always flood you with reports, it does not mean you have to be condescending , or that the first person reporting is wrong)
