Harvesting my fields

    All through this event my fields have been freezing on me EVERY time I have had to harvest my fields
    I had to refresh during one of these freezes ... because i couldn't get out of it

    Something came up on my screen ..saying that a Plug in had stopped working

    When i had to harvest my fields again ...NO freezing ...so think it was this plugin that was causing the problem ?

    AND now wonder if this plugin will reinstall its self when i close my computer for the night ?
    Hopefully NOT this is VERY annoying and spoiling the game for me
     
  2. Hi Nellie_Noodles

    The plugin that freezes is flash player. Unfortunately this happens occasionally when your computer has lots of processes running.

    Can you let me know what browser and operating system you are using and whether your flash player is up to date?

    I have version 19,0,0,207 installed... windows 10 OS and the browser i use to login to Farmerama is Chrome
    I don't know how to tell if my flash player is up to date?

    Have found out its not up to date .... Latest Version19.0.0.226
    Have downloaded the new version ...so hopefully this will work

    Time for me to close down for the night... will see the reply tomorrow

    Hello Nellie_Noodles, :oops:

    Please be so kind and let us know if you still experience these issues. Have you tried a different browser than Chrome as well? What about adjusting our game settings, like turning off your animations? I have cleared your online cache as well, hopefully this will help.
