Harvey Cottontail and Gift Pop-Up

Hello. Boy it took me forever to find how to start this thread and I'm not sure how I even did it.
I'm FamilyFarmNorth ID # 53091128 I was gone for many months, having moved, new job, and getting settled etc. I was a newbee when I moved so I was not really good with many things yet, but I have noticed many things have changed while I was gone.
I'm trying to find out what the gifts are that Harvey Cottontail has sent to me and where I can check on them in the future.
Also I am wondering where my gift pop-up has gone? I remember before I left when ever I would log on there would be as many pop-ups as there were new gifts.
I know I have been given new gifts because things are showing up in my pantry that I have not won and that was before I got Harvey Cottontail as a friend. I do not know who to thank for these items because my log in pop-ups are not showing anymore. How can I turn that back on? As well; is there a place I can go and check on mt gifts when ever I want? Just in case I forget what the pop-ups showed me.

Welcome back to the Game.
You will need to make sure you have the "Show gifts as popups" enabled in your Game Settings (available by clicking on the clogs at the top of your frame, then picking the clapboard. You then open "additional settings").
To check what gifts you have received, you can check your logs by clicking on the Gift box at the top of your Neighbour Bar.

ops yea there is how do you get those graphics at the bottom?

 

You can add a Signature to your Forum profile by choosing your name at the top right and then choosing "Signature". You need to upload an image to a photo hosting site, then copy the image link, then choose the "photo" tool on the Forum and post your link there. The maximum signature size allowed is 468 x 60 pixels.

Oh Ok thanks. I will try that. Though I could upload it from my computer like I did my profile picture.
I was able to find the gifts from my friends but Harvey Cottontail's gift were not listed on there. How can I see his to make sure that he is working and what I have and will receive?
After that I should need no farther assistance at this time. Thank you for all your help.

On shooger's behalf, you are most welcome.

Unfortunately, unlike the avatar / profile photo, you will be unable to upload the signature directly - it has to be uploaded on a different hosting website and then included as image in the signature box.

As for Harvey's Cottontail, you will need to make sure that your gift settings in the game settings menu are enabled - this is the only way to be sure you will receive the notifications. If you have them all enabled and you will still not receive notifications, do not hesitate to let us know.

Hello Teddy thanks for your help. I will try adding my signature when I get a chance to make something. Any suggestions on a web site to use? One or two...
When Shooger told me how to turn on my gift notifications, I did so right away. The gifts my friends send me are popping up when I log in and they are all showing in the list that appears when I click the gift-box above the friends list; however, I see nothing anywhere from Harvey Cottontail.

You should be getting a pop up informing you of your Super friend gift. If you are clicking too quickly through gift pop ups, you may miss the notification as it only shows what gift you received, not that it was from your Super friend.
If you would like your logs checked for the Gifts you have received, you are welcome to post in Tech along with your user ID#.

OK I see. Yea I don't have that many friends so I'm not clicking to fast. I like to see who is sending what... I will take your advice and contact Tech Support.
