Haven't got drop items

Hey
i have been planting lettuce because I need alot and plus it takes 5 minutes so its faster. The fishing event says that one type of lure will be dropped with rops and so far i have got nothing. literally. i must have planted 150+ lettuce by now and i have also tried with different crops. Am i doing something wrong? but i feel as though there is a glitch - when i harvest crops normally i usually get other drops e.g. salt however I am not getting that either

EDIT 1:I also harvested animals housings and haven't got anything from it and tried it for strawberries too
EDIT 2: I just harvested sunflowers and rubarb also more animals and nothing

 

Not a mod and I don't know what level you are at but lettuce isn't really known for giving any amount of drops. I would recommend trying a longer crop.

 

I tried strawberries as well

 

Seems there are a lot of players experiencing poor drop rate to none

Drop rate can be effected by many factors:

Length of crop/animal/tree
Trophy Levels
Level of Game.

Try planting a long duration crop/animals to see if the results are better. Remember also that specific drops come from each crop/animal/tree.
