Having SHOCKING issues with game

    Morning guy's
    I'm having shocking issues with the game this morning, was great about 6 hours ago but now is running awful .... took about 45 minutes to try and clear all my fields .... I'm clicking on say green meadow to go there and nothing happens at all .... then click on magical glade and nothing loads ... is this a on going problem or is it just my luck for this wonderful quest ...I should also state I've done all the stock standard things that you advise....it will allow me access to my cloud row no problems and my trades .... and the market ... just not my growing lands ..... I click over them they light up and NOTHING happens

    Hello igotfrogs, :(

    Have you tried using a different browser as well? What about disabling the animations and all the extra elements like harvest animations and tooltips, and lowering the quality to 'ok' instead ? Please let us know if that helps. ​

    Yes i tried a different browser Teddy made no difference at all .... it seems to be all the same across the board I have tried a few different ones .... i haven't tried the quality thing i'll give it a go now ..... it seems more like there is no connection between me clicking on fields and the shepherd's hook to drag me in there .... i can get onto one every now and again seems fine THEN drops out yet again after a few minutes..... Have done it now TeddyBear we shall see if it helps any ....
    Might just because the server is super congested .... everyone wanting to be on all at once!...... Hasen't worked Teddy .... I think it's just my luck for today .... might be a Gnome in my farm lol .....or bats in my belfry heheheh..........

    Ok Teddy seems to have come good again at the moment ..... who knows whats going on ,.... Thanks for any help given If it persists i'll be sure to yell out again ....
