Just wanted to let someone know I was locked out of the game for months and could not get back in until today. I don't know if there have been any complaints of any glitches, but I lost all my friends and can only hope to get them back. I hope you can shed some light on this issue Thank you tweetybird1

I'm not a mod; however, I do know after some time has passed with inactivity you will loose your neighbors. Little at a time your neighbors are being notified of your inactivity as your indicator slowly turning red and as it gets close to the end it will start blinking. When your indicator runs out you will disappear from each other's neighborhoods. From past experiences, there is good new. The Good News is... some if not all of your neighbors will remain in your friends' list so you will be able to find a few of your old neighbors and send a new neighbor request to them.

Hope I have not broken any rule by responding to this inquiry

    Hello tweetybird1,

Am glad that you have been able to return to the Game. Next time you are locked out of the Game you can contact Support from the login page to see if there are any issues causing this o_O As FamilyFarmNorth has suggested, you can try contacting your old Neighbours to see if they have any vacant spots or use the Daily Neighbour thread to request new ones.

    Can I assist you further?
