    Is it just me or is there no way to access the event.

    There is nothing on the news layer, event timer or the event building.

    Thank you for your reply. I had refreshed several times and completely closed and reopened the game. It has now appeared after closing and leaving closed for half an hour. This quite often happens. I've no idea why.
