    You can find only two rubies on the first floor of the event. To get the last three rubies to open the door to the room with the second cloud row as a prize, you will need to feed the third critter (horror tomato critter) that is located in the bottom left corner of the map of the second floor Room #41. To feed the critter you will need the two sapphires you get by feeding critter 1 & 2 with 1200 Keyweeds (step 4 ogf their feeding menu) and you will nedd to collect the two Jades hidden in chests on the second floor in room #30 & #42 (see map bellow - rooms are written in red).
