Help accessing account

    Good morning, mods. :) I am trying to assist one of my chickadees. They have another account which they can't access. My chick says "I played the game previously, but at some stage could not get back into the farm from google crome when I changed email addresses. I could not remember which email address I registered on and could not retrieve anything. That information is user: ~edit~. I would be very greatful if I can retrieve that information and I can carry on at the same level I left." Could you offer some advice on how to help them get back on their other farm? I'm not trying to get any of their information for myself, I just want to help them figure out how to get back on their primary farm if I can and will have them contact you directly if you can offer them aide.     Hello spotsbox,

    They would need to contact Support, but only if they can provide proof that the account is theirs. They would need to know the email address that they signed up with on their other account.
