    Hello,

I am having an issue where harvesting crops on my farm is intermittently giving me no EP and no drops. This has been happening over the last couple of weeks periodically, but has been worse today.

For instance, I just logged into the game and harvested two full fields of 1x1 event crops (Kelp) and the game didn't register any EP for the crops and I received 0 drops of any kind. I even used a Howie Donut on both fields. I understand drop rates vary, but it seems I should have received something for harvesting 404 1x1 plots of Kelp. This has happened several times with just one field, but this is the first time it's been both fields. As a result, I'm way behind on event drops (happened last even too), which is really frustrating.

I would appreciate any help or advice. I have refreshed the game several times but it's made no difference.

    Thank you!

    Hello monastralsheep,

Have you checked that the drops are being collected in the Barn? You may need to clear your browser cache and cookies. Also check your Game settings to make sure you have "harvest animations" activated.

    Can I assist you further?

    Hi shooger.sweet,

Thanks for your reply! The drops do not seem to be collecting in the barn, although I guess I can't know for certain because I didn't take specific note of how many exactly I had before harvesting. I am using the harvest helper subscription, and I didn't know this would happen. But before this started happening I seemed to be getting a close ratio of drops to crops that would enable me to mill the event items, and now I have way more crops relative to drops.

I'm a relatively new player, but I thought growing the event crops was supposed to give me close to the drops needed, especially with the Howie Donut. Is that not the case? If not, how am I supposed to get enough drops?

I know that I have harvest animations turned on, because I normally see them and haven't changed my settings. I have just cleared my cache and cookies, I will see if that helps, although I had done that a couple of days ago and still had the problem after.

Your drop logs show you are getting drops with each harvest.

    For example:
23 June at 11:48, you received 56 fish biscuits from both fields
    23 June at 4:22, you received 41
22 June at 5:48, you received 28 from the Green Meadow
22 June at 4:06, you received 23 from the main field

There does not appear to be any harvest that has 0 drops. There are a lot of factors impacting the drops you get. You may need to plant longer crops overnight to get better drops to help catch up to your crops. Additionally, besides the Howie Donut, check to see if you have completed the 2 quests that provide trophies and upgrades that improve your drop percentage. Have you donated them to the Tree of Wisdom? If not, you will need to place the trophies on your field before you harvest. You can get strategy tips from your fellow players in the Strategy section of the forum or Game Related Chit chat.

    May I assist you further?

Ok, thank you for checking! I appreciate it and the advice. I'm glad to know it seems to be more of a display glitch than a game glitch.

No further help needed, thank you both for the assistance!
