Help request to clear my server logs

    Please clear my server logs. I am hoping it might help me retrieve things that are I notice are being "lost" while I play (milled items, event items).
    I mill things and they disappear. Sometimes the base ingredients are missing. Sometimes I notice they return but the time varies. I keep filling up breeding hut but then it is empty. I harvest fields and come back and they are not harvested. I click on something but what is selected is something different. When I manually click on crates or refinements or cloud rows it scrolls fast to the beginning. With the harvester I don't click anything and a crop is planted I didn't choose. I manually harvest and the pointer selects and activates something that is up to the right of where my pointer is on the screen. I chose a gift for a neighbour but a gift from a different page is sent. My in game messages are blank and will not accept input in the text book when I try to write. I don't know if neighbours are writing me or not and I cannot communicate with them for a long time. I don't know what is happening, it is always very hard to play but it seems to be getting worse and worse the last few days. I keep clearing cache and trying another browser. I worry sometimes my account is broken. I cannot use the standalone client. Every time I login I have more and more problems. Some time things seem to get better (the impossible to click crates or cloud rows) or the mouse selecting things I didn't click on but then another time I login the problems are back along with more issues. It is confusing and frustrating when I want to participate in events. I was looking forward to breeding but it seems like it is not going to work for me again. When I try to use the market or use other features like breeding I cannot play at all. Would it work better if I give up this account and start playing again with a brand new account? It is taking up a lot of memory on my computer and my computer is "shaming" whichever browser I try and play in with a message saying the webpage is using excessive battery power and closing the webpage will improve the responsiveness of my computer. My computer is not old (bought late last year) and all hardware and software updates are current.
    I have asked Support to clear my server logs but they write they will not help me as there is a problem with my messages and when I try to respond I get a message my case is closed and not to submit multiple requests. From previous interactions I get the impression they believe the problem lies with me, my gameplay or my hardware is to blame but i specifically bought a new computer thinking it would improve game play late last year. Also different times I login using same hardware/ browsers and find different things are working (and not working) so I don't understand how my hardware specifications (which have not changed) are getting worse then better then worse then better then worse on a daily basis. Support has also written they cannot help me for the choices I have deliberately made and my bad gameplay decisions within the game. I know I have been playing less than 2 years, have a lot to learn and make bad decisions frequently but it is only this year I am having so much trouble. I have invested lost of time and money to play because I like playing and I have felt proud with how much I had learnt and when I reached level 220.
    It feels like the developers are working on the game while it is live which is why things are working one minute and then fixing the next time I login..and then not working again the next time I try to play using the same computer, same browser, same everything. I use to work in a company with a live platform. Developers would update it on a dummy one before it went live so that customers were not experiencing interruptions. In know what I am saying might be considered controversial but I am writing this because I want to play and I wished I could help. I am not trying to be critical. Please clear my server logs I want to see if it might help things work better for me and maybe return "lost" things like milled items and event products. If I am inadvertently breaking forum rules and this needs to be removed I understand but please clear my server logs as support have written they are not able to do this for me on their end but I read some moderators were able to do this to hep players sometimes on the forum.
