help second field

hi i have a question i have 10 neighbours now and the second field ask me to ask my neighbours to clean out the field . But how do i do that ? write them messages or is there a button?
and some neighbours come in and they are red what does that mean? and i got a little star around my neighbour button ,what does that mean?
sorry for so many questions at once since my neighbours don't really talk back i have to ask them here have a great day ya all

The field you are talking about is the Green Meadow and requires 12 neighbors to fully open the field. Since you need additional neighbors, you can either post asking for them or you can invite others who have posted in the Daily Neighbours Request Thread.

Here is the Neighbours FAQ that provides you with information.

I'm not sure I fully understand what you mean by your neighbours coming in red. Do they have a red circle at the upper left corner of the neighbor icon or is their activity thermometer red? The red circle means they are not online right now and the red thermometer means they have not been logging in regularly and actively playing.

The star means your neighbor has leveled up.
