herbal elixir evaporated.....

Hello all dear experts !
Yesterday (Tuesday 28.4.) about 2.00 am. I opened with stars a whole rune on Tree of Wisdom entitled " Wellness Guru" offering herbal elixirs. The stars in payment for elixirs were taken OK so I went to my Spa to check if they have arrived there and found only about 30 elixirs that were already there from the past. Then I refreshed the game - no result, so I cleared the cache - no result, so in the end I cleared the Flash Player cache - and again it did not help. So I wonder where the elixirs landed - they are not in my barn either. I would be grateful if it could be checked by our technical team - it is my first technical problem in three years that I play the game and I do not know how to "bite" it to solve it by myself. Thanks for your help .

I apologise for the very late reply. I have checked your logs and indeed you have opened all 3 tiers of the rune on 2015-04-28 at 02:54 CEST. I have checked your Spa logs, and you have only produced 2 smoothies and 1 finished Mango orange smoothie since then, using 90 units, and your total is now 66 herbal elixir, so unlocking the runes definitely went wrong

The Herbal elixir packages are now booked to your account.

Is there anything else I could assist you with? My apologies once again for the delay in having your logs checked.

Dear Teddy - many thanks to you - elixirs arrived without a drop spilled over ! Produced many mangos and then ate them all at once ! No need to tell you that it was not my head that reacted to overeating them - so I think that maybe mango recipe should come with a medical warning of side effects if it is overused......
