Am I the only farmer who is having to refresh every time I have been in the new Valley, or have the game and a browser up at the same time? Or every time you put a new event in play?

I am on a brand new, bells and whistles, computer, and it hasn't changed how the fields stay in play. I can't express enough how frustrated I am with the farm activity. It is one big spin, refresh, spin, refresh activity and having expressed how frustrated I am, and you all having cleared cache and cookies from your end soooooo many times, weeks and weeks of your doing so from your side, I finally decided it must be on my side and bought a new (bells and whistles) computer. From the FIRST DAY I was having the same issues!!! It has been a week now and I don't enjoy feeling angry over a stupid game!

I enjoy doing my farm but I am not going to be able to do this much longer if you all don't put some money into your server I am going to be gone. I know I am just one of 57 million, but I have been on this farm since before you hit 30million (aprox 2012-14) and it feels like you have done nothing with servers for the last 10 years. IF you are going to add things to the farm, please make sure the farm is working in general and if it is not, put your effort into fixing the problem with the farm before you add ANY new event or animal or plant or tree etc.

Okay, enough of this. I have things to do today (other than refreshing a stupid game).

    Thanks for reading.

Additional info: I don't have fiber optics (yet) but I have the highest performance internet (1000g) and they tell me mine runs at about 1100g when it was tested for me.

    Hello BonBonQueen,

I am sorry you are frustrated with your gaming experience. There has been a lag with the new Eldelweiss Valley since it's launch, but it does not cause constant refreshing. Are you playing on a browser or the Standalone Client. Have you tried alternating the platform you play on to see if it is the same?

    Can I assist you further?

She is not alone! I also wound up getting another computer....but it did not stop throwing me off...BOTH of them!! Refresh, refresh, refresh!! She is not kidding! I had already bought the new Valley on the first computer, but have not opened it yet on either one. It does not seem to be a computer problem. I use the Client. I hope this added information is helpful.

I play on the standalone client. My newest purchase - an extender. I still have issues when leaving the Valley. Inevitably I end up x-ing out of the game (instead of being able to close) before I can enter the rest of the farm.

I have not been able to use browsers to play since the standalone became available. I can pull up the game but then it makes me download and play on the standalone, so I may just as well come in that way.

I still say it would be appreciated if you all slow down, fix the bugs (get a new server??), and then add things or do events. Making it fun instead of a frustration would be important to me, although I am only one of 57mil.

When you bring up the Game on a browser, you click the small x to close the layer advertising you to download the Standalone Client. You will then continue on to load the Game in your browser.
Can you try this to see if you are successful in loading it on your browser.
