Feedback Hooked on Fishing 2018

I fully agree with aq56. Since the Football event ended I have won 60 more coins - with over 100 decorations in store I really do not need any more. At least you could have kept the Football shop open till the end of this Fishing event. This has not been fully thought out for those of us who have been playing for years and have inventories overflowing with stuff.

 

Enjoyed the event. Agree that there was little correlation between the catch and the prize so it's a bit pointless saying there's any skill in it. Love the fact we could continue normal farming and the event stayed separate. Prizes were pretty good. Agree that there should have been other things available in the angling shop bar old CR's. Liked that we could use the star coins in this and the football shop but that should have been been mentioned in the FAQ. The only reason I knew about it was due to reading the strategy thread.

 

I did like the fact that we could continue normal farming while collecting drops to mill for fishing mini game. However, like many other players have stated.... there wasn't enough good prizes in the shop to buy for players that already had the older CR's and lots of the older decos. Later winning the star coins when football shop was closed was very disappointing.

I liked it that we could finish the event with only using normal lures if we wanted, so players who didn't get many drops had the same chances of completing the event!
